Be Happy!
We all know we want to live happy stress free lives. Like most parents want there children to grow up to be great accomplished people with not a stress in the world. Most people don't want to do something that will cause them stress or make them unhappy. I know I don't. I rather play outside then clean up my room. But if all we do all of our lifes is try to be happy then we will end up being good for nothing miserable people. If we find that we are the biggest thing in our life's then we are very small. Instead we need to get a crusade or something bigger and better then ourself.
In Philippians Paul a servant of Jesus Christ is in prison or in a terrible condition. But he is still happy and content because he feels that his imprisionment has served to advance the gospel(Phil.1:12) because he has preached it to the entire imperial guard who have been outside his jail cell. Paul also says that even though he was in prison the gospel was still being preached but for the wrong motives because when Paul was preaching the gospel he gained a lot of attention and was looked up to. But Paul still rejoices because the gospel is being preached. Paul also knew that whether he was set free from prison or killed either way it would work out for him.(Phil.1:19)
For whoever would save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for my sake will find it.Matthew 16:25
If we want to be truly signficant we have to let Jesus use us.

Day 8
What a great Christmas! This was a good Christmas for our family because we were sooo lucky to have almost all of my Mom's side of the family together and we had our Uncle Timmy back in the picture after almost 3 years, and everyone was healthy. So it was a wonderful ending to 2010, and as we turn the corner and start a new year we should pray for God's guidance and our self-discipline and willpower.
45: My family and I having our first white Christmas!!!!!
46: The Jesus Calling devotional by Sarah Young that ensures us that God is preparing us for every minute of life including the hard parts. It also indicates: 'How much better it is to walk close to Me ,depending on My strength and trusting Me in every situation. If you live in this way, you will do less but accomplish far more.
47: My loved ones who read my posts.
48:My parents 24th wedding anniversary and all the hard times they been able to pull through together, and when they relied on God who pulled them through.
49: Elios Noche: the restaurant where my parents and I celebrated there wedding anniversary and had a great time.
50:Two very good cars in the garage, and the old bronco my brother drives that might be past down to me in a couple of years.
51:My dog Daisy's patience with my other dog Sofie who jumps on top of her in her bed while she is still sleeping.
